Each bouquet is handcrafted using the freshest flowers available that week, so colours and flower varieties may vary while keeping the same whimsical Bloomies style.

You’re welcome to share your preferred colour palette (such as pink, white, pastel or vibrant), and we’ll curate something beautiful based on the freshest blooms available.

Absolutely. If you’d like specific flowers such as tulips, peonies, hydrangeas or other premium blooms, we’ll do our best to source them for you.

As these flowers often need to be specially ordered, additional charges may apply depending on the flower variety and seasonal availability. We recommend placing your order at least 7 days in advance for the best selection.

For handwritten messages, we recommend keeping your note to 10–15 words so it fits neatly on our signature wish card.

Yes! We offer same day delivery within selected areas via Lalamove or Grab Express. Delivery charges vary depending on the location

Booking & Payment

A non refundable booking deposit is required to secure all orders.

An order is only considered confirmed once the booking deposit has been received. Bloomies reserves the requested date and purchases fresh flowers specifically for your order upon confirmation.

Pricing

The Thumbelina Collection is priced from RM150.

As each bouquet is handcrafted using seasonal flowers, the final price may vary depending on flower availability, premium blooms selected, colour palette, and overall bouquet size. For example, a bouquet starting from RM150 may be quoted at RM169 or RM189.

The final quotation will always be confirmed with you before your order is secured.

Custom Flower Requests

Specific flower requests (such as tulips, peonies, hydrangeas, orchids, or other premium blooms) are subject to seasonal availability and supplier stock.

Additional charges may apply for specially sourced flowers. We recommend placing custom orders at least 7 days in advance.

Order Changes

Requests to change the bouquet design, colour palette, collection date, or flower selection must be made as early as possible.

Once flowers have been ordered or prepared, changes may not be possible and any additional costs incurred will be payable by the customer.

Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations are not permitted.

As fresh flowers are purchased specifically for each order and Bloomies reserves production time and booking slots, all booking deposits and payments are non refundable and non transferable.

Collection & Delivery

Customers are responsible for collecting their order at the agreed collection time or ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries.

Bloomies is not responsible for the condition of flowers after collection or successful delivery.

Seasonal Availability

Fresh flowers are seasonal and naturally vary in colour, size, shape, and bloom stage.

If certain flowers become unavailable, Bloomies reserves the right to substitute them with flowers of similar value, colour, and style while preserving the overall aesthetic of the bouquet.
